Refund/Exchange Policy

REFUND


We only provide refunds in case of damaged products received. For the same, you need to send us a picture of the damaged product received within 2 days of delivery.


EXCHANGE


  • Exchanges are allowed only when there is a size issue. You can only place an exchange request for a bigger size. We do not provide exchanges for smaller sizes.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired size is not in stock, we will ship the new product to you as soon as our inventory is restocked (it takes a maximum of 3 working days to restock)

  • Exchange charges are ₹50. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new products back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we humbly request our customers to pay only for one way charges.


NOTE: One of some steps includes a quality check by the team and we reserve the right to decline your exchange request if the product is used/damaged/without tags.
